Rough

Didn't sleep well last night, with my hearing problem and I'm still pretty deaf today.

I rang my kidney donor Geoff today. I haven't spoken to him in a long time and it was great to have a chat.

Quiet day in the office. Had to give my H&S team a rocket up their ar$e.

Wandered off to the Royal Exchange again for my young padawan's one-to-one. I barely had a voice. We ended up talking mainly about the state of play at the moment, it doesn't look promising and I think this will have a big impact on whether she stays or goes.

Caught the train home and by this time I was feeling really rough. Could hardly rest on the train and straight to bed. A lie in tomorrow me thinks.
