Sunday lunch

We had roast chicken for our Sunday lunch this week, and although I didn’t bother with all the traditional trimmings, I did do bacon rolls. I used to make my own bread sauce and stuffing, and although I know you can buy these extras ready made they are not the same. Nowadays it is enough effort to cook all the basics. But it was a good lunch, and there is enough cold meat for N to create several meals during the week.
