Hellebores

So yesterday we were all full of talk about either going for a climb, or  getting out for a walk. When the morning hit however, I really couldn't be bothered doing either and didn't really want to get in the car.  I asked P how he'd feel about a day in the house and I would potter aorund the garden.

P had found some bargain CPD reduced from £1k to £90 so he got stuck in with that whilst I did the garden.  I had last year's geranium growth the cull back, weeding under the apple trees and planting out more of the alpine albino strwaberries, planted some courgette, lettuce, oregano and pea seeds and then brough them indoors as I realised it was likely still too early to have them in the outdoor propagator, then I ended the gardening session with picking out some of the purple slate from the big pile of gravel. 

After that it was inside for a hot chocolate and some computer jobs.  The hekkebore that neighbours R and F donated last year is flowering quite beautifully at the moment and even the phone camer got an okay shot of it.
