The sounds of Spring

The robins are singing from dawn to dusk at the moment and it's a glorious sound!  and even a better sound when the skies are blue! We had a frosty & foggy start to the day, but it soon burnt off and warmed up so I was back in the garden for more pottering and planning!

Managed to plant out the bare root tree that arrived yesterday - Prunus Amanogawa - and got some peonies planted in the ground from their pots so we'll see how they get on!  And also got the rest of the floor tiles down in the cupboard under the stairs! Ticking those jobs off the list!  Now to sit, soak up the sunshine and read!
