Gone back

Felt really rough again this morning. I thought I was starting to get better, but now it feels like I've gone back.

I had to join an apprenticeship induction call, but after that I retreated back to my bed again. This thing has really knocked me for six.

Had to give my advice to my young padawan later, she was a bit frustrated with her team meeting. She'll get there.

Bananas and custard for tea. Always helpful when you're ill.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A good catch up with my young padawan
2.  Bananas and custard
