Exercise
Up at ridiculous o'clock to head to London again. Luckily there were no train problems.
My young padawan had booked me in a different hotel, so I had to lug my case to the office, which was a bit of a pain.
I thought she was in the office today, but she decided to work from home. So, it was dead quiet and boring.
It was the start of our inter-company exercise competition, where we have to do 30 minutes exercise a day. We are the reigning holders, but as we're not Scandanavian we didn't get any recognition. I managed a good lunchtime power ramble up to Spitalfields Market, the lighting was majestic.
Had a good meeting in the afternoon about some changes to our accelerator programme. Also had an interesting meeting about EDI.
In the evening I headed off to see Elektra, starring Brie Larson. The play was only 90 minutes long, with no interval, but it was terrific.
I think the lurgy is returning.
Today I am thankful for:
1. A good evening out at the theatre
2. A good lunchtime power ramble
