The Tortoise owned by my late friend Malcolm surfaced from its winter hibernation this morning, it had dug itself into the garden at the end of October. It is covered in mud and needs to be kept warm before it has a bath in about three days, Yvonne will keep it inside for several weeks before letting it back out into the garden for the summer.
