Bugsy

Early start for the big day of judging, and what a day it was!  Overall, pretty smooth, lots of people contributing in different ways, fabulous food from the refreshments team and, despite a slower than expected start, we ran to schedule even finishing a little early.

Pretty tired this evening but felt the need to head into the garden to find a bug to photograph.  Unfortunately, bugs......mozzies!......found me to eat and I got bitten heaps causing me to abandon my picture hunt.  I have no idea why, but the mozzies do seem to be a whole heap worse this year.

Worse that the mozzie attack though was watching the Trump/Vance attack on Zelensky.  Words fail me........world leaders whose diplomatic skills are barely worthy of primary school playground politics.  Finger pointing, shouting, talking over your 'guest' and even a slight man-handling of said guest..........appalling behaviour.  I'm stunned, as it seems much of the rest of the democratic world is too.
