Female Blackbird

A mostly dull day. A bit damp to start as well. No rain on a morning daunder around the park. Blackbirds are still quite brave, preferring to spend time foraging for food, rather than immediately flying or scuttling away as I approach. The best photo was this one of a female blackbird in the woods in the park. When I get home, I assemble the drawers for partner's craft desk. Takes just over an hour.

After lunch, partner and I head down to Newington as we haven't visited the area for a while, so hoping the charity shops have some goodies, mainly for craft projects. However, it is quite disappointing, not much in the way of materials. Since lockdown, general bric-a-brac in charity shops is in short supply. After visiting seven shops, we head to a café for coffee. After coffee, we head to another charity shop before heading home.
