the solar eclipse & open windows

Today was complete solar eclipse in some parts of the country. One of my friends and a fellow member of the photography club at work traveled all the way to east India to cover the eclipse. But bad luck hit him...entire morning was cloudy and they were not able to see a thing. In Hyderabad, the eclipse was partial. But I didnt get to see anything. Why? Blame it on the open windows. I leave my windows open at night. Nights are particularly windy and it gets very peasant. By morning, the chillness of breeze seeps in through the window, making is virtually impossible for me to leave the bed. Getting out of the sheets is quite an effort and I prefer being the lazy me in these beautiful mornings. Solar eclipse can wait!
