Teide National Park

We’d a very enjoyable and interesting visit today into the interior of Tenerife to the Teide National Park. Home to Mont Teide (Spain’s highest peak) it’s essentially a collection of volcanos with amazing examples of past volcanic activity. The last eruption was 100 years ago. We’d a wander about but couldn’t use the cable car which takes you close to the top of the mountain due to high winds. Well worth a visit.
