Curious Sheep

A beautiful sunny day - after quite a sharp frost overnight.

This little group of sheep were ‘following’ me as I walked past their field this morning….they kept a close watch..quite a ‘hard stare’! They did back off a little if I walked too close. In other sheepy news, some rather ‘tubby’ ewes have arrived in the field behind our house - but they don’t seem to move around much - always asleep in a group when I check …no lambs as yet :-)

I walked 3.8 miles today - which makes just 73 miles in February (nine days with no walk recorded) …so I am now about 14 miles adrift of the pace for my 1200 mile challenge this year.

Hopefully some better weather in the coming months will let me pick up the slack.
