Blossom

Phone chat with family this morning.

Then went out for a wee walk round the community park.

This tree blossom just opening in the frosty sunshine.

Lunch then will rest afternoon.

Was feeling a bit down & blue today after yesterday’s treatments.

Immunotherapy went okay.

1st set of Chemo took a reaction and had to stop. Meds given to counteract, obs tests for 30mins rest and tried again at a lower dosage. 1st hr managed then dose increased but couldn’t finish and stopped that one.

Rest then change tubes from cannula to fresh 2nd chemo drug and that went okay.

Delayed lift pick up so was just ready when arrived to take me home. Was exhausted and had a snooze before heating up food brought for me.

Just feel a bit down as don’t know what changes to be made for next round of treatment, am sure the Doc or Nurse will be in touch next week or so.

In mean time just take meds as normal & look out & note any side effects.

This takes over life & thoughts!
