Run

Looked after Amber in the morning and insisted R made a call to doctors as she is still coughing and feeling unwell. She got an appointment later today. When Amber had her nap I decided to go for a run along my usual 3 mile circuit. Found it really hard today but took this photo along the route. I can’t really understand why I am still so unfit. I used to do that 3 miles relatively easily but now it feels like hell. The two hills are so difficult now and I feel annoyed with myself. I shall persevere but it’s hard work. R was not given antibiotics as I had hoped, so not sure how long her recovery is going to take, but we are away for S’s graduation this weekend so we will see if that helps or hinders.
