Day 40

Today I'm grateful to have a quiet space; a den (that once upon a time was Calum Macpherson 's bedroom). Somewhere to shut the door, to potter with my art stuff, and to roll out my yoga mat. Somewhere to escape... 20 minutes on my yoga mat in my den helped soothe my body and mind when I got home tonight. 

Walk was a chilly 1.3 miles round Broughty Ferry at lunchtime.
