Clouds Over the Hills…..

Early this morning. There was some magical colour in some of the clouds hovering over the Wither Hills. Just for some fleeting moments. Last night the Wither Hills Farm Park was closed to the public for the remainder of summer and autumn…… until there is some significant rainfall in the region. The fire risk has become extreme. The long grasses on those hills would ignite in a flash and fire would move like lightning. See the trees on the top of the hills to the left? There is a track up there, often used and mountain bikers are often ride in the area. Any fires would be absolutely deadly for people - not to mention stock. So for now, folk will have to exercise in spaces such as the Taylor River Reserve. Stay safe and pray for rain!
