The weather was like in April. Short after I blipped the dripping snowdrops it started to rain again...

I just notice that I've no idea if "April weather" , that means a mixture of all kinds of weather (sunshine, rain, snow, hail) with rapid changes within hours, sometimes  within minutes, is a global phenomenon and is there a pendant like October weather in the Southern Hemisphere?
