Lights Out

It was the Birmingham Light Festival last week, but it only lasted 3 days and I didn't manage to get into Town after 6pm to see any of the installations. This one seems to be hanging around, although the lights were off when I passed it at 4:15pm. I feel like my Black Country buddies will have something to say about Birmingham stealing the term 'bab'...!
