Celebration

After dropping Sophie at school, I had a follow up physio appointment for my shoulder injury and came away with more exercises to do and a more resistant elastic band to do them with.

This sculpture, Celebration by James Blunt (presumably not that one!) stands in the hospital car park.

This afternoon I had a follow up dental appointment to check that all was well as I’m still experiencing some sensitivity after the tooth I had out last month. Fortunately everything is fine.
