A Bit Of A Half Timbered Afterthought

Spring felt a long way off today as it was cold and damp and to be honest it was making us both feel a bit grumpy. To cheer ourselves up we decided upon a quick drive back to the village of Loose to have a small plates lunch at The Chequers.
We then had a stroll around the village but still weren't feeling particularly blip inspired, which is not a slight on the village itself as it's lovely, the photographic spark was just missing today. This was the only shot that I captured almost as a bit of an afterthought - which is very unfair on this wonderfully characterful 16th Century Grade II listed 'half-timbered' house!
