Elderberry . . .

……………………………… berries alongside Lake Hayes

It’s looking like it’s time to make Elderberry Syrup, which I really love!

It’s been a slow day, with some (a little) housework this morning and not much else till we walked along Lake Hayes. Hot and muggy, but worth the effort.

My daughter has sent me a recipe for a Salmon Traybake with potatoes, carrots & Herby Lime Yoghurt. It sounds great - must try it soon.
