One Red Van

Wednesday. There was more changeable spring weather today. First thing, as we drove into Canterbury on the school run, it was sunny with clear blue skies—but by lunchtime, the clouds had drawn in, and torrential rain soaked the streets. Work was hectic in the morning, calming to a dull roar by the afternoon, and my escape was achieved at a reasonable hour. It’s getting noticeably lighter in the evenings now, and even with the rainclouds, there was still plenty of daylight at 6 pm.
