Emergency blip

Didn't wake up until 10:30, unheard of for me.
Met my friend at Cardinham for a shortish walk with the dogs, followed by a coffee and chat.
Booked in for mantrailing tonight, asked to go first incase I ran out of energy. Trailed Keely, she did 2 great trails, laid a couple of trails and left early. Definitely on the mend, managed to jog on the last trail I laid without getting majorly out of breath
