Train Watching

Little Man and I went to Amersfoort nice and early this morning for his appointment. It went well, but Little Man did find aspects of the assessment quite challenging, and how long we were there for there for. I think he was also quite tired after the late night; he wasn't asleep until around 9 o'clock, which is way past his bedtime. We'll hear back at about the screening over the next few weeks.

We then went back to Utrecht. If we'd caught the train to Woerden we would have made it home around 1:30 pm, but we needed toilet paper and nappies (I didn't want to get to take them to the appointment). So I got some ready meals, for dinner, and the other things we needed, before we headed back to the station.

Little Man loves trains and had a lot of fun sitting on the platform with me, watching the trains. We went to Woerden, hung out and waited for our bus home.

It's good being home.
