Oudegracht

Canals, bikes…but not Amsterdam. I am in Utrecht tonight.

I felt like exploring somewhere new. I have visited the country many times, but not here. So far, so good - although darkness was approaching by the time I reached my hotel (35 minutes by train from Schipol). 

I have only had time for a short wander to find food (great fish and chips) and re-adjust to cyclists whizzing towards me from all directions. 

My Blip is the Oudegracht twinkling away in the darkness. The Extra is my hotel - yes, another dalliance in the world of pseudo-hipsters at the local Moxy. It was a great price.
