This so called winter...

...seems to be turning into spring far too early. Temperature has been above zero at least in the afternoons since Friday and the snow is melting.

There was rain, sleet and snow last night, but the ground had just a thin layer of ice in the morning and it soon melted. The good thing is that the icy roads have either thawed or the ice has softened and not turned hard and slippery. But I wish it was still wintry at this time, this looks like early April to me.
