Indulging myself

A sausage roll straight out of the paper bag and warm too! Some days a bit of what you fancy... I had been at meetings all morning and was needing to dash round to youngest's. Nothing else appealed and this hit the mark. 
Made up on nutrients at dinner with salmon and spinach.
