Camellia

My hairdresser came today, and as usual the chat was as beneficial as the haircut. Subject matter was varied, verging on gossip as she goes to several of my friends. She told me that her garden was her happy place which was good to hear. It made me realise that it has been a while since my garden has been my happy place. Now that I can no longer look after my garden as I would like, a walk around is frustrating, seeing all that I would do if I could. I shall be making a list ready for Alan’s next visit.
However, after Helen had left I took a walk outside. It was cold, but I found some tete a tete daffodils at last, not quite out yet. Still, the star of the garden is this camellia.
