Red one

The feral cats were hustling early this morning so I was up feeding them when the red sunrise started to appear.

I am posting early too as we have a day of visitors ahead and a bit of preparation is needed in the kitchen. There could be a short sharp shower later but hopefully we'll still be able to sit outside. Over the past few days the starlings have reappeared in large numbers. They are noisy but so entertaining and clearly in amorous mood.
