Attention Seeker

We had a lovely day today - we played with Miles this morning and then when everyone was up (Esme and Esther are non-parents and therefore still know how to lie in!), we walked down the Esplanade into Weymouth town for a coffee and some shopping.

This shot is of my family stopping for a breather by the beach on the way in - from right to left, Dad, Mum, my sister Esther, our good friend Esme, and of course Gina and Miles commanding all the attention in the pram. My brother Ben is missing - he's on a mountain biking trip in the US. He gets back next week, so we'll hopefully catch him before we head back Down Under. He is yet to meet his nephew.

We did get caught in some torrential rain, but we are in the UK, so shouldn't be too surprised! :)

The rest of the day was spent just relaxing. I had an afternoon nap, which I've not had the opportunity to do for what seems like forever.

Holidays are great!
