Shades of pink

More food... only vaguely interesting thing in my life atm - for me anyway... This was a salmon and quinoa dish, though the roasted pumpkin seeds "made it", with their crunch and subtle taste... All washed down with £60/ bottle Grand Cru Champagne - got to be some perks to the job... Though need to be disciplined to avoid over-indulgence, with two shows' worth of left over samples to choose from... Worked 8.30am to 7.30pm; didn't get much of my Amazon Prime binge watched tonight, as you might imagine - and I'll have to spend some time finding the point at which I nodded off!! 
Good to feel the sun's warmth at various points today - Spring is coming!!
