Sunrise., 7.43am

Once again, MaggieD, Chloe and I were at the Kelpies for our morning walk. I took this from just next to the sea lock where the canal meets the River Carron estuary just a short way from the Firth of Forth. There is a new link canal from the Kelpies to the sea but both this lock and the one at the sea end of the new cut are apparently blocked up with “silt” from the local sewage treatment plant. 
We had two more walks with Chloe today, along the canal then, later this afternoon, round Dunblane - see MaggieD’s blip. Today’s step count is over 17,800 which is quite a bit more that our daily average.
