Watercolours

A Playful Approach was the title of the workshop I went to on Sunday :)

(apologies for the dark image - Charlie kept getting in the way tonight!)

As explained on Sunday, it was a fabulous workshop learning all sorts of different techniques, but I became ill during the afternoon...and didn't finish my painting til tonight

I thoroughly enjoyed it apart from that (and the fact that I think my 'sun' is too big in this painting) :)

Extra is re-learning (for me) a colour chart in a fun  and easy way, together with a leaf drawing exercise :)

It has spurred me to go on with this - so lookout for more painting....

Today I managed to work from home - and apart from major issues with Excel (yet again :(:(), the day passed OK.  Tomorrow I must be in he office, and hope I will be OK there...

Thank you all so much for your kind and helpful comments yesterday.  I have done as AMSI said, and ordered a York food test kit, after speaking with a very helpful lady this morning - so different from the Dr's surgery. 

I've had an email to say its on its way to me.

I'm also looking at a 'low fodmap diet', however I understand I need to be eating 'wheat' in order to have it confirmed that I have an intolerance/ allergy.
