Chilean Holly?

That question mark appears on the label on this wonderful plant, high on the hillside in Benmore Garden's Chilean garden. There are several bushes of this plant, some of them with slightly different colouring - more yellow, a pinker shade of red and so on.

A lovely place to be on this warm, sunny late afternoon.
