Hummingbird Hawkmoth

Another beautiful day weatherwise and went to Lytes Cary (National Trust). It is a wonderful old house, so interesting and the gardens are fabulous. Felt at home here,not a grand house, just a lovely one.
Had taken quite a lot of flower shots and thought there was a bee around but caught a few shots of this moth, never seen anything like it before. Best large. Will try to put some more photos on blipfolio when I have time under title Lytes Cary.
