Rhubarb and custard knickerbocker glory

A lovely Monday lunch out with Mike. Poached duck egg, fish finger sandwich, ice cream sundae. Had to leave quite a bit of the cream and ice cream but polished off all the rhubarb (and the candy floss on the top).
