Detox Day 1

Started the Cloud 9 programme today and man I feel funny! No food apart from Aloe Vera gel drinks and tablets for 2 days then I can bring food in again. Started run/walking in the morning with it, so will see how things go over the next few days. This flower was taken when I was on my run and was the only one on the vine. So unusual and the colours were fascinating!
