Bird of Paradise

A full on day of marking and then some quality assurance monitoring in the early evening. Worked solidly from 10am till 7.30pm, but I set an alarm for every hour so that I could stop and walk round the block for 10 mins and it worked well. We had defrosted home made tomato and lentil soup for lunch - very welcome. I’ll be fairly caught up in another project over the next 3 days and so needed to get ahead on the Tokyo Teens one. My blip is of a bird of paradise flower on a walk in our local park, when both Bb and I stretched our legs together first thing in the morning. Nice catch up on zoom with a friend in London at the end of the day.
