Tete a Tete

Apparently I planted some daffodil bulbs in a pot last autumn. I can't for the life of me remember doing it, but they have now flowered and were shining brightly in the garden under the midday sun.

Other than that I swam first thing. Trying to keep up with a faster swimmer in the same lane dragged me to one of my best times of recent months. It's always good to have a target to aim at to improve performance.
