The ultimate investment!

This image taken earlier this afternoon in the neighbouring town of Newtownards gives me mixed messages.  Gold is the ultimate investment and indeed due to current global political uncertainties the price of gold is soaring.  But this establishment does not seem to reflect this due to the building's neglected condition.  That is why I took the photograph.
