When I was at the family BBQ yesterday, I was speaking to my uncle and Joe about what kind of trainers to buy for playing netball at university. They are both very active runners, so they recommended just buying running shoes other than anything else, since they would be the most comfortable. So that's what I did :)

I now have no excuse to not go running, but I don't think I'll be going with Joe or my uncle, since their idea of a short run is a six mile sprint!
