"What's wrong, mom?"
Sometimes Louisa May just stares at me for no apparent reason but this time she interrupted her morning ablutions to see why I as groaning in pain. (Well, maybe groaning is too strong a word.) I woke with a stiff neck, and I was expressing my displeasure of it when I reached for my phone. I must have slept on it the wrong way. Once she saw that I was in no imminent danger, she continued her morning routine. Nurse Lulu will not be needed but a pain patch will be. It's always something.
