Noticed the unusual light through the curtains as I woke up this morning so opened the curtains and took this. Then went back to bed!
Turned out this was the best of the day as it started raining shortly after that and hasn't stopped since. Went to friends for lunch and the journey home that normally takes 20 minutes took nearer to an hour because of flooding and having to take a longer route home. It was bad in places on the mountain road as well and found myself having to drive on the wrong side of the road in places as well.
