We finally made it…..

…..the Beef Wellington that we were supposed to have for TSTMNBM! What a palaver! Although it was delicious it is such a lot of work & takes ages with all the chilling. Think the Rayburn was a little hot! Beef was amazingly tender. Rained heavily nearly all day.
