First it was ok to walk, than icy. It turned to be deep mud, so we had to change my walking planes and return the same way.
Not much energy today. I try to relax as much as possible these days, doing yoga, breathing exercises and relaxation. Too much on my mind these days. Poor Maggie in LA, lost her job. Last friday she had a mail from Musks team, at 13.34, telling her that she would be fired at 14.00. The 36 minutes changing so much, no salary from the same day, no health insurance from the same day and changing so many plans over night. And she is just one among so many. I wake up at night, thinking of Trump. It makes my frustrated and mad, but it only harms me……
