Splendid vista

What a fantastic day, not quite the sun we were hoping for, but a beautiful mistyview over to the Alps in any case. Our friends picked us up at 10.30, we parked at Restaurant Bluemlismatt above Egerkingen. We did a beautiful walk over the Höchifluh, 960m, and part on the Jura Crest Trail. It was about 2 hours, and great fun with their Aussie Collie, Gin. After this we had a delicious late lunch at the restaurant, with amazing views.
I think this is also my 2,500 blip. Thank you to all you lovely blippers for all your comments. It’s been a v difficult start to the year, and blipping really helps, even if I haven’t replied to you all. I hope later in the year to have a bit Mortimer off, and go exploring in our Expedition Truck, which is almost on the road.
