Into the gaping mouth of….

… the Inter-island ferry. The crossing of Cook Strait from Wellington to Picton today was calm and relaxed. It is not always the case, the weather can stir up quite different conditions at times. Tonight we’re camping along the Kaikōura Coast, hoping for a nice sunrise in the morning.
