Biodanza

Today was a lovely day and felt like spring is definitely on its way - lots of birdsong and beautiful blue sky - I spent a bit longer on Django's walk. 
Most of the day afterwards was at a Biodanza workshop with Bruce and Ela who came from Poland for the workshop. Both are in training as Biodanza teachers, but towards the end, so Claire was there too as an assessor, but was still taking part. It was really lovely. Ela is a lovely person, and I would love to go and visit her in Poland. 
Julian was back from Berlin when I got home, and he walked Django while I cooked.
