Another fine meal

South-east Asian food courtesy of son H. He brought the choy sum and garlic scapes down from Manchester where such ingredients are  readily available. 

Super-efficient in the kitchen, he prepares everything meticulously and creates very little mess.

His maternal grandfather, another aficionado of exotic food, would approve - but they missed each other by 16 years.

(I still use his ivory chopsticks though.)
