Washed up

Today was dry and reasonably sunny but we have had a lot of rain, with more forecast tomorrow so water levels on the River Nith were high.  All sorts of things get washed along, especially fallen trees, and I saw some one collecting driftwood presumably to take home and dry out for a log burning stove.
